Hôtel Guilhon

Built in the 17th century, on foundations belived to be considerably older, in a region which created its wealth on the cultivation of “pastel” or woad in English, and the production of Armagnac, Hotel Guilhon is part of the protected patrimony of the town of Lectoure, as an historic building.

In 2015, the current owners undertook a complete renovation of this historic building in order to uncover its former splendour, to showcase it whilst at the same time adding the necessary elements of modern day comfort necessary for its new future: bed and breakfast of charm.

The Gers, a tourist destination as yet relatively undiscovered, is a place with a wealth of tradition. Its local produce such as foie gras, poultry, Lomagne garlic, Lectoure melons, Armagnac and regional wines, are well represented in the numerous restaurants of the county. You will discover the Gallo-Roman villa of Seviac, the Collegiate Church of La Romieu or the Abbey of Flaran, and its numerous castles, walled towns and fortified villages, which together form the wealth of the Gers.

Thierry, a former international director of human resources, welcomes you personally to his home. Guarantor of your comfort, he will organise according to your wishes, your meals, your sightseeing , your wine and armagnac tastings, your seminars. He proposes on request various cultural, culinary and wellbeing activities and experiences.

A massage team can treat you in the hotel and proposes a wide choice of different massage styles in the hotel’s spa.

For security reasons Hotel Guilhon is not suitable for children under the age of 15.
